Aw man, good stuff. So, I was pretty tired before I got going on tonight's comic, but I am so very glad I stuck it out, because I'm seriously happy with the results. Actually I think I'm more happy with the last few weeks worth of story strips than I have been in quite a long while. I really hope you guys are liking them as much as I am. In fact, although I know the perspective is a little off- I had to fake a few things in order to make it work, I think I'm more happy with today's third panel than I've been since I drew the cat exploding out of a spacebear. And for just a simple panel to do that... man, am I learning how to draw cartoons better? Weird.

    Ok, so now some not great news. I mentioned Anime Boston in Wednesday's post- about how I was looking forward to it, and I was psyched thinking about maybe having some new merchandise.... aaand then I found out that they had very quietly moved the table registration date forward by TWO GODDAMN MONTHS. Guess who doesn't have a table? This guy :(

    So, I will be up north for the con, but this time I'll be going just as a regular nerd... Which is kinda cool, because in the past 3 years I've gone, I've never actually gotten a chance to check out any of the events... But I'm also a little sad that I won't get the pleasure of meeting new folks and seeing old friends at the table :(  If any of you guys are going to be up there and would like to meet up, give me a holler in advance though, ok? I'd be happy to hang out, and my sketchin' hand is always ready...  At any rate, I think the main conclusion we can draw is that the organizers for Artists' Alley are goddamn lame as hell. Feel free to write them angry emails, like I have >:(
