So. That was a
pretty quick February, huh? Sorry for no real comic
today, I refused to ruin my perfectly lazy Sunday. You at least got a
new fail image, right? Whatever, I had a great weekend, and I just
didn't feel like any more work. So, other business:
The Olympics ended tonight. I imagine my
productivity will
experience quite a little bump. I can almost guarantee you this.
Rejoice!
Also: I got my copy of Heavy
Rain for the PS3.
I gotta say, I was pretty excited about it. All ground-breaking
gameplay and whatnot. So far I'm about a half hour in. And really, I
think that's about as far in as I'll get. Who enjoys playing Sim
Depression, really? I don't need my character to mopily grab the OJ
from the fridge and shake it before drinking right from the carton. You
know why I don't need that? Because I do that in real life? Pressing a
button with the correct force to shave yourself safely? I already need
to be careful while shaving. I DON'T NEED THE ADDED PRESSURE. And how
fun is it to force your kid to do his homework while you make him a
microwave dinner? I know there are other playable characters, and a
whole serial killer storyline coming up, but holy shit, they should've
just called the game Sad Single Dad.
And onward: There may be a point in the near
future where I might
need to miss an update or two (like you're not used to that, right?),
but I swear it's not my fault. My computer has been acting reaallly
sketchy, and I know that it's hardware issues that are doing it. So,
yeah. At some point I'll have to get the 'puter fixed again.
Ok, I can't think of anything else that I can
tell you
just yet, so I'll say so long for now. Catch you on Wednesday!
