	Paterson, NJ. Yeah, so I've had this attitude for quite a few years, and not without a reason, but really. Cops DO NOT need to make young women cry when the young woman in question is returning a lost dog. Especially when the dog's shit cop owner could probably be smacked with charges of neglect. Said pig also does not need to threaten with charges of theft (?!). Just sayin.
