Nip is a silly one. Pretty out of fashion now, but not forgotten. In case it is forgotten by whomever is reading this right now, Nip->Niponese->Japanese. I actually don't get how it would be offensive to someone, but I don't get a lot of "offensive" words. Not that I don't understand that people are offended by words, but mostly... why bother being offended? I don't get offended by words if I can help it, I get offended by fucking idiots. Then my brain says hulk smash and shit is on. Nip, to me, is like if someone referred to me as 'Mericuh, or something. I would be physically and psychologically unable to give a fuck- flying or not. But that's me. Sorry if you're offended by today's tasteless pun. Not really, but there's the lip service.
